Mommy finally finished knitting Kaylie's winter hat. It took me a while but I really like the way it turned out. She also has a scarf to match.

NEW YEARS EVE 2008!

Kaylie "reading" to Mommy a book of instructions.

After Christmas Dinner at our neighbors the Dearmans, Kaylie and I were walking home and we got to our house and I was looking for the keys to the door. Kaylie being the daredevil that she is decided to climb the 3 front steps to the porch. I ran over to here as she was getting to the top and we walked down. Kaylie decided to jump on the middle step and I lost the grip I had on her hand, and she landed on her feet but then fell and hit her face on the cement. She had a fat lip for 2 days and a skinned nose for 3. What a way to finish Christmas.

Kaylie and all of her presents at Christmas! What a spoiled little girl.

Kaylie got a quad from her Meema and Poppi for Christmas. She was very excited when she saw it on Christmas morning. She isn't too sure how to ride it yet but we will wait till spring and I am sure that she will love it.

Kaylie being a little monkey (as usual). I think that she is going to be fearless like her Daddy.

kaylie's dance that she does when she is eating and takes a big bite of food.

On December 13th we celebrated Kaylie's 18 month milestone, we had our neighbors come over to help with the little party. Kaylie loved her ice cream and sprinkles.

On December 1st 2008 we said goodbye to Daddy for a year while he goes to Afghanistan. It was a sad day but we are looking forward to his return. Kaylie was very sad to see him go.
